Yes, it is free to participate in the MyGoalTracking Community and it is free to use our powerful web-based system. We hear this question alot. Here's how it works. Participating in the community costs nothing. Using our Follow-Up, BDC, CRM, ILM and Productivity tools costs nothing. We do enforce some basic account limitations for those that choose not to upgrade their account. You do not have to upgrade your account. The MyGoalTracking community is supported financially by salespeople, managers, and organizations that have upgraded their accounts to one of several paid options. Community members that have selected not to upgrade their accounts are not identified within the community. In other words, you are the only one that knows your account type.

MyGoalTracking v3.0 for Sales Professionals, ZERO SETUP / $99.00 yearly. This account type is suitable for individual sales professionals. Most account limitations are lifted. This account type allows up to 5,000 client profiles in your database. This account type is not suitable for sales managers.

MyGoalTracking v3.0 Dealer Edition, (contact us for quote). This account type is suitable for new or used car dealerships, or sales managers managing multiple sales people sharing the dealers customer records within one location. The "Account Owner" controls the dealers database. Dealer Edition is designed for organizations or managers that prefer a no-nonse, SELF-SERVICE, affordable solution. Why pay for features and support you rarely use? This account type allows up to 10,000 client profiles in your database.

MyGoalTracking v3.0 Dealer Pro Edition, (contact us for quote). This account type is suitable for new or used car dealerships that prefer a FULL-SERVICE approach. Functionality is the same as the Dealer Edition but the FULL-SERVICE approach is comforting for some of our customers. There is something to be said for on-site setup, ongoing training, data monitoring, and other service related features. This account type has no limitations on the number of users within an organization. This account type allows up to 50,000 client profiles in your database.

MyGoalTracking v3.0 Enterprise Edition, (contact us for quote). This account type is suitable for "larger organizations." Organizations with multiple locations, call centers, business development centers, or other more complex designs use this edition.
